I have seen personally, our incredible CEO @beckyduffyofficial, at a ‘drop of a hat’, put aside everything she had on, rush to the hospital to advocate for one of our customers. They were in desperate need of care, however their NDIS funding was not able to provide the dignified care that was needed from home. The hospital was about to send them home regardless of the extremely high risk of passing away at home by themselves. Bec spent the following days pulling together professionals, talking with our local representatives and taking this case to the NDIS. With great speed and success, this person now lives a dignified and supported life from home all thanks to Bec’s knowledge of how the NDIS works, how to apply for more funding, which professionals to see and her professional contacts to help push urgent situations.

We are proud to have such a dedicated and experienced leader.
